Leader's Instructions:
Consultations & Coaching with
Madelyn Griffith-Haynie, MCC
What's the Difference?
Private Coaching is
an ongoing relationship a coach and client fashion together,
with monthly appointments for a monthly fee, initiated by an intake
call and the return of a signed coaching agreement.
An initial six month minimum commitment is required for
ALL Private Coaching Agreements with Madelyn (including
Mentor Coaching). After that period there are additional options
available, all of which can be discontinued with 30 days notice
Consultations are primarily for
when you want to "pick her brain" at an hourly rate – for
clarification, jump-starting, ADD information, etc..– with no
coaching agreement or ongoing relationship implied.
To book an appointment for a consultation:
Click the REGISTER link at the bottom of this page, which
will take you to through the payment process.
Make SURE your "student record/information form" includes your
phone numbers and complete email address
(including the part after the "@")
Upon our receipt of your payment, you will receive an email telling
you how to proceed, then will speak briefly with Madelyn or an
assistant to schedule your consultation time at the earliest mutually
convenient opportunity.
Client/Student DISCOUNTS:
Former and active clients and all Associates in good standing
receive a discount on consultation fees, which are separate from
coaching and training sessions; as well as a discount on coaching
fees.
To keep this process one-form simple, and because it
is difficult to reach her for PromoCode information at a time
when she is not already ON the phone, book an hour at the standard
rate for your first consultation (or whenever you can't
find the appropriate PromoCode!).
She will refund the appropriate discount, along with overpayments
for any unused time, and will let you know how to use the correct
PromoCode for future consultations.
Challenges Inventory Consultations
are an exception to above, and are $250 for everyone.
This specialty consultation is a two-hour appointment
for private interpretation & a detailed explanation of your
Challenges Inventory scores and the implications to your functioning,
and includes approximately 90-minutes of preparation time before
we meet together.
At $250 for 3-1/2 hours of expert focus toward your
Optimal Functioning, these fees are quite reasonable – especially
since, as the creator of the Inventory, she can explain the implications
of every nuance.
She has designed a couple of alternative formats for situations
where private consultations aren't in the budget.
Other Challenges Inventory Options
- Individual classes from The Challenges Inventory Curriculum
will explain the basics, which will also help you learn to work
with your Challenges on your own or with a peer coach. (initial
registration late Summer 2006)
- By early 2007, some of the coaches enrolled in the Challenges
Inventory Certification & Licensing Curriculum will
be ready for clients at a sliding scale (part of their training).
Upon GRADUATION, regardless of their coaching
fees, all coaches certified and lisenced to work with this
instrument will charge $250 for an initial Challenges Consultation,
which is part of what they will learn to deliver.
At that time fees for Challenges Consultations with Madelyn
personally will increase.
- With enough notice, you can get basic information for
free by signing up for the ADD Hour Support Group Q&A
from a link to the event's date on the ADDCoach.com website
calendar (click Calendar from the left menubar)
