What Graduates Say

What our graduates say about OFI:

"For anyone seeking a comprehensive understanding of ADD and solid ADD Coaching strategies, OFI is without equal. You access expertise and insights, plenty of excellent modeling and approaches to specific ADD challenges, and opportunities to grow and learn through the ADD Coaching Clinic."

"I chose OFI after extensive research because high standards, strong credentials and depth of experience are important to me. The text is excellent, with insights into ADD that are breakthrough thinking."
Denslow Brown, BS               417-683-1064
Drury, MO                           DenslowB@aol.com

I have found that the tools and skills I have learned and practiced at OFI are of great value to my self employed, business owner and executive clients. Many professionals rise to the position of self employment, business owner or executive because they are outstanding as a professional (attorney, architect, engineer, CPA...) and then find they must learn entirely new skills in leadership, communication, operations. As downsizing has continued, these professionals often no longer have the support staff they were accustomed to relying upon. Often the less complex skills and tasks are what runs interference with the professional performing brilliantly. Some of the skills and tools I learned around time management, assessments (The Challenges Inventory), and artful questioning are highly appreciated and utilized by my clients. If you want to be excellent at coaching anyone, OFI is a great place to build upon your success.

OFI taught me the science and art of coaching people with AD/HD. I was immersed in the world of coaching through class, independent study, labs, and peer coaching and there is no substitute for experience! The written modules are also an excellent resource for everything there is to know about ADD. The information I learned from this program helps me everyday in my coaching practice.

"I chose OFI because I felt it had the best approach to ADD conditions -- focusing not on what people do wrong, but on that they do right. The materials are excellent. MGH has left no stone unturned -- every thing's there ! And the genuine positive feedback I receive from everyone at OFI is a really significant piece of the learning."

"This program is probably more extensive than most physicians receive in medical school on the subject, and is more current than most textbooks on MBD, ADD and AD/HD. This is due, in part, to interaction in and out of class. We inform each other of new and changing information."
John Lose, BA                  209-252-2729
Fresno, CA                      netace@pacbell.com

"I came from a nursing, education, and sales background, so I didn't know what to expect (especially since I started in OFI's first class.). The TeleClass format was completely new to me Once I had been in class a month all my concerns and fears had disappeared. Still, I had no idea that I would get so much out of the training personally as well as professionally. I am still shocked at times when I think about where I was and how far I've come! I utilize my coaching techniques more and more every day -- in my coaching, teaching, and parenting my grown children."

I chose OFI training because it includes over the phone classes & labs with significant time spent on ADD issues, supporting module workbooks, Peer Coaching by recent graduates, and actual "Coaching" of clinic clients over a six month period."
