The ADDCoach.com™ Mentor Group

It’s difficult to arrive somewhere if you don’t know where you’re going. The ADD Coach Mentor Group focuses on the business of building your coaching practice. During this class, we’ll discuss, and you’ll discover:

          • your ideal client profile,
          • your ideal practice profile,
          • your niche,
          • your business plan,
          • your marketing plan
          • and materials
all at a pace that makes sense for your life. The goal is to attract your ideal practice. The synergy of the group will add velocity to your efforts.

This is your chance to have the co-founder of ADD Coaching share her insights with you, and save you countless mistakes, as well as wasted time and frustration.

Madelyn Griffith-Haynie is the founder of The Optimal Functioning Institute™, the oldest and most comprehensive ADD coach training school in existence. She’s been there and knows what it’s like to build a practice. She knows what you’re going through.

Imagine this. Before you can have that perfect practice and spend the majority of your time coaching clients, you’ll make many mistakes. With that in mind, let’s imagine you’ll make 127 mistakes (it could be any number) before you get that perfect practice. The important thing is this: although you’ll have to learn from those 127 mistakes, there’s a fast way and a slow, painful way to do that.

The best way is always experience, but it doesn’t have to be YOUR experience.

Doesn’t it make sense to have someone that already has that experience, take you by the hand and guide you step by step, so you don’t walk blindly in the dark. That’s exactly what mentor coaching is all about.

You’ve paid your price in learning to be a professional coach. You’ve learned to work WITH ADD instead of against it, and you’ve learned to language those concepts in such a way that your client can hear you. Now it’s time for you to be paid for all your hard work, and be paid well. Mentor coaching is all about turning those coaching skills into money, and turning coaching into the practice that you love.

The Mentor Group will meet three weeks each month, (click to see the ADDCoach.com calendar), for 90 minute sessions - 4.5 hours total per month.

Start anytime, attend continuously for as long for as you like, or drop in and out. Providing there is room in the group, you are welcome to register for another quarter at any time you feel you need more structure. As with private mentor coaching, The ADDCoach Mentor Group will be ongoing and you may begin any time there is an opening.

Since class size will be limited, we will maintain a waiting list, and may initiate additional groups, based on response. Current class members retain the right to continue & “lock in” their costs as prices increase in the future (as with Madelyn's policy with private Mentor Coaching).

OFI Associates may count The ADDCoach.com™ Mentor Group as credit toward graduation, either as an Elective Supplemental or a Practice Management Supplemental. Madelyn is an ICF certified MCC and group size will remain small so that The Mentor Coaching hours can be submitted to ICF when you apply for certification to fulfill your Mentor requirement. (They will allow you to count 75% of your hours toward their 3 month requirement.) Sign up for Observed Coaching Lab when you are ready to fulfill that ICF requirement.

Sign up for 9 classes spread out over 12 weeks designed to forever change your ability to build the perfect ADD coaching practice you love.   Registration is by quarter only.

Your investment for this class:

$350 for all three months-($116.66/mo)

Your return on Investment:

  • Discovering what your ideal practice looks like,
