Coaching and Coach-Training Experience

I've been a business coach for over seven years, but only began calling it coaching (not consulting) when I began my association with Coach University. My focus has been on personal coaching, particularly with adults learning to live with ADD, since 1994. I have been working with ADD in my own life since my late-life diagnosis in 1987.

I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the second graduate of Coach University and was on their faculty as a senior trainer from early 1994 until the end of 2000. I am a founding member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as the National Coaching Network (a support and referral organization for ADD Coaches that is now called the American Coaching Association.)

I also teach seminars and teleclasses through The Optimal Functioning Institute™, which I founded to help ADDults develop systems to allow them to reach their goals and live their dreams.

Be sure to check out the brand new A.C.T. ADD Coach Training Program that provides comprehensive ADD knowledge and systems development coaching techniques to coaches who want to work in this much needed sub-specialty.
